Ten Space introduces ‘Journeys’ for retention of staff through all parts of employee lifecycle

Employee Engagement platform Ten Space has launched their new 'Employee Journeys' module to help businesses navigate and understand engagement through different parts of the employee lifecycle. 

'Journeys' helps to create exceptional employee experiences. The platform captures regular insights of your employee’s at critical parts of their journey to give you incredible visibility and clarity of their engagement. This could include their onboarding, during periods of business change (e.g. growth or redundancy) or when they are on maternity leave. The data enables leaders to make informed decisions to enhance workplace satisfaction on micro and macro levels.
